Daylesford and Hepburn Set for CHNL Grand Final Showdown
The 2026 Central Highlands Netball League preliminary-final weekend on 5–6 September has set up an eagerly anticipated A Grade Grand Final, with Daylesford and Hepburn earning their places in the premiership decider.
The match-up brings the two clubs together again after their 2024 Grand Final encounter, adding another chapter to their local rivalry.
Hepburn secured its place on Saturday, while Daylesford followed on Sunday to complete the pairing. Jordyn Adams earned best-on-court honours for Daylesford as the Bulldogs booked another opportunity to compete for the league’s top prize.
Beyond A Grade, congratulations to the B, C and D Grade teams progressing to their own premiership deciders. These competitions are an important part of the CHNL, bringing together experienced club players and developing talent, with every Grand Final appearance carrying special meaning for those involved.
The same recognition goes to our junior finalists in the 13 & Under, 15 & Under and 17 & Under competitions. Finals provide valuable opportunities for young netballers to build confidence, put their skills into practice and share an exciting milestone with their teammates.
Across all grades, reaching Grand Final day reflects months of training and commitment from players, coaches and the people supporting them.
To the teams whose seasons have finished, thank you for your contribution to the 2026 competition. There is plenty to be proud of in earning a place in September’s finals.
Thank you also to the umpires, scorers, timekeepers, volunteers and supporters who make these weekends possible.
Keep an eye on the CHNL website and official Facebook page for Grand Final fixtures, match times and event information. Get behind your club as we prepare to celebrate our 2026 premiers.
